Canada Post says “successfully delivered” but I have not received my package.
In this case, two things may have happened. First, the package may have been delivered to the wrong address. Please check the address via Canada Post or your invoice to make sure it is correct.
Second, the mail deliverer may have scanned all orders they received that day as delivered, even though they will be working on delivering the orders the next couple days. Please wait to see if the order is delivered the next day. If the order is not delivered, please contact our admin at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-U-GET-LIT.
